Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
How can I use the articles I receive each month?
The content available via the Women’s Health Content Club is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license. RESALE OF ALL MATERIALS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
This means that you can share the material in any medium, such as on your blog, social media or newsletters. However, you cannot resell the articles in any form, even if you modify them.
What makes this content different from other ‘done-for-you’ content services?
There are many ‘done-for-you’ content services available for the health coaching industry. Many of those are quality services delivering excellent content for the health and wellness sector.
What makes us different is that we focus solely on women’s health. Our head writer is a certified women’s health coach and nutritionist with extensive experience working with women of all ages.
Our content focuses on some of the most common health concerns for women around the globe, including topics such as fertility, hormones, menopause, sexual health, and much more.
If everyone gets the same articles, does that mean Google will penalize me for duplicate content?
This is a common concern. However, it is important to remember that Google’s algorithms for rankings are very complex, and consider many factors. These include the relevance and usability of pages, the quality of content and trustworthiness of sources, as well as the location of the user. The importance applied to each factor varies depending on the nature of the search query—for example, the freshness of the content plays a much more important role in searches about current news than it does to evergreen content.
Women’s Health Content Club articles are written to educate readers. We draw on reputable research to provide readers with valuable information that is evidence-based and easy to understand. If you are concerned about duplication, we recommend some of the following strategies for converting our articles into original pieces:
- Change the headline
- Personalize your introduction
- Add or change the subheadings
- Add, remove or rearrange paragraphs
- Personalize the content with personal quotes, links, videos, or images.
- Add your own call to action
Why do I feel like a fraud for pretending to have written articles myself?
You shouldn’t feel bad at all. All smart business owners need to prioritize their workload in order to avoid burnout. Sometimes that means hiring people to do the work for you; sometimes it means finding smart solutions.
Consider these articles as a starting point for your content marketing. Edit them to reflect your personal tone of voice and area of expertise, and before long you’ll reap the rewards.
Can I add my byline to these articles?
All our articles are delivered as fully-editable word documents. As such, you are free to add your byline to the article before publishing. However we would highly recommend personalizing your article before doing this.
I’ve been asked to write a guest blog. Can I use the articles I receive from the Content Club?
Guest blogging is a great way to build your profile and build an audience. While you can definitely use one of our articles for your submission, we would highly recommend personalizing the content to reflect your area of expertise.
Remember, resale of articles (even if it has been heavily modified) is strictly prohibited.
The articles I received this month aren’t relevant to my business? Can I get my money back?
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not issue refunds. If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription straight away, and you will not receive any further content. If you choose to cancel an annual plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the term of your plan.
If you choose to re-join at a later date, you will need to rejoin at the current subscription price.
Do I have to publish every article each month?
No, definitely not. You can publish as many or as few articles each month as you please.
In fact, once the articles have been delivered to you, they are yours to keep – even if you cancel. We recommend you save all your articles in a safe place for future reference.
